Be Encouraged
I congratulate you on taking a courageous first step towards achieving your VICTORY BY DESIGN. I too have been in a hard spot before. At my lowest point I found myself homeless, in debt way over my head, struggling to pay bills, and feeling constantly discouraged. During this low period of my life, I found my self praying regularly for a real solution. God answered my prayer when I heard Dave Ramsey on the radio. After a few weeks of listening to his message, I sytematically applied the principles I learned and eventually paid off over $20,000 in debt and began to budget my money more effectively.
The feeling of hope that I gained translated into increased productivity at work and being promoted faster than anyone in the region, overseeing hundreds of employees and a multi-million dollar operation in a short period of time. I was enjoying my new FINANCIAL FREEDOM, my wife and children, and the stability of a promising career. However, I realized that my purpose actually centered around helping others find their FINANCIAL FREEDOM.
Eventually I started a financial ministry and taught several FPU courses while I continued to work more than full time (if you know what I mean). I gradually transformed the ministry into a part time business and systematically into a full time business helping individuals, couples, and businesses create effective and practical plans to reach their financial goals.
